Ordering process and quality monitoring of the blister card and the skinpack card
carte-blister.com undertakes to give you, 4 hours after receiving your price request, a quotation with a delivered price for delivery in France, or gives you a quotation within 24 hours at most for delivery abroad.
- Step 1: Receipt and checking of your order items, containing one or more CDs and two approved Cromalin proofs of each blister or skin pack card for printing (print approval), or two approved Epson proofs.
- Step 2: An ARTPRO PDF file of the CD image is sent by email for your final approval.
- Steps 3 and 4: Printing and delivery, carriage paid, to your industrial site.

Many quality controls are carried out during manufacturing. Checking the varnish is particularly important to obtain excellent sealing of the blister shell. The varnishes used for blister cards are suitable for all types of plastic shells, in particular PP, PVC and APET shells. Likewise, the quality of the film applied to skinpack cards is checked regularly.
