Skinpack card printing
The skinpack card is another packaging option alongside the blister card.
The board is delivered to you in large format, usually 50 x 70 cm and, after filming, the board is cut into individual cards.
A hang hole, rounded corners and specific cuts can be made.
The protective film is sealed around the product and a wide range of products can be heat-sealed onto the board.

Our board quality is designed so that there are no curling effects, meaning that the corners of the board do not tend to curl up or lift in spirals. We carry out tests to offer you the board weight and stiffness best suited to your product.
The film that will be applied to the skinpack card will give the products a slightly glossy appearance.

- Premium quality: the board is white on both sides.
- Intermediate quality: the board contains recycled material in the middle layer. It is white on both sides.
- Recycled quality: the board is white on the front and slightly grey on the back.
carte-blister.com offers 2 types of adhesion so that it perfectly matches your requirements:
- A thick varnish coating for very strong adhesion.
- An intermediate varnish coating: the adhesion properties are lower.
If you wish, a precise, individual mock-up is produced for each new skinpack card, showing the layout of the products on the large-format board sheet (master sheet).
It will show the position of the products relative to each other and the feed direction, so that we can validate the grain direction of the board. When we are asked to make a skinpack card mock-up, the size of the individual card is determined according to sufficient space shared between the text area and the board's adhesion film.
An area around the master sheet (large format) is reserved for the cuts.
As for the space between each product, the heavier the product, the greater the distance between each product must be. This ensures that the skinpack film is well stretched between the products.
